Do you offer Gluten-free or Nut-free products?
Currently, we are not offering these products.
How much are your Specialty Cakes?
The prices for our Specialty Cakes typically varies, depending upon the design and number of people being served. Please email or call to discuss your idea and for pricing details.
How do I place an order?
Give us a call, email or submit a request using the web form. Be sure to include all of the important information: the theme of your event, specific colors/flavors you would like, the date and time of your event and your contact information. You will receive a response, in the form of an email or phone call, within 24hrs.
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earlier, the better. For events, other than weddings, we prefer 1 to 2 weeks advance notice to create the treat of your dreams. For weddings, please contact us as soon as you have chosen your date. We only take on the number of orders we can handle. This will happen on a first order, first serve basis.
What is your payment policy?
Payments for any orders can be made by cash or Paypal. Checks are not accepted. For weddings, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date for your event. The balance of the wedding payment is due 30 days before the wedding.
Do you deliver? What does it cost?
Yes, we are available for deliveries. For standard orders over $100, delivery of free. All other standard deliveries is priced at $.50 per mile. Delivery & set-up for weddings is $75, within a 40-mile radius.
Do you provide cake stands or cupcake towers?
Your cake will be on a cake board, covered to match the design of the cake. If you have a stand you would like to use, we will be happy to set up the cake for you. The cake stand will need to be delivered no less than a week prior to your event. Your cupcakes will be in a plastic individualized tray. We have cupcakes towers available for rent, with an additional deposit.
